A House for the Holidays: Daniela Acitelli to Narrate ‘A House in the Woods’
Could I be more delighted? I’m teaming again with the fabulous voice artist and narrator Daniela Acitelli to do the audiobook of ‘A House in the Woods.’ It’s a supernatural keep-you-up-at-nighter that’s already drawing scarily good reviews. One reader said he’s afraid to stay alone in his house at night now. And you will be too, when you listen to Daniela performing the audiobook later this year.
I’ve previously worked with Daniela for the audiobook editions of Death in the Headlights, and Last Room at the Cliff’s Edge. I knew the first time I heard her read she was perfect for the books. I’ll announce the audiobook release later this year, and I’ll be offering free download codes for the two previous books with Daniela before this one launches. Just subscribe and watch for updates and codes.
Daniela Acitelli is a full time professional Narrator. An actress with stage training, Daniela has a background in and a great love of Cabaret and Vaudeville including the old time concert saloon, minstrelsy, circus acts, dime museums, and literary American burlesque shows. Daniela works in studios in London and from her professional home studio.

Provincetown Perspective: Day 1
We made it. I loved splitting the trip in two and spending a night in Mystic (Groton, actually), but it still feels like a chore getting here. P-Town is hopping as usual. It’s super gay, which it’s always been. There’s no place quite like it, and that’s saying a lot. Here are some early pix. The wifi here SUCKS, so I won’t be doing any more slideshows. It took an hour to upload these photos. Never again. But this place is fabulous, minus the drunk guy falling down at the piano and the vampire wannabe handing out menus at the dive restaurant we ate at.
